Returns Policy


All Wholesale Pet World Superstore orders are final sale, there are no returns or exchanges on any items ordered. 

Why Are There No Returns or Exchanges? 

The short explanation is that if we had to manage single lot tiny in and out returns and exchanges, we would have to charge higher prices on all of our products as we would have to implement a "Returns and Exchange" department, added cost of additional shipping, higher employee costs and more.  We would have to charge an extra per piece to pay for the costs of a service that does not make sense where single pieces are offered at wholesale prices.

In all cases, the Wholesale Pet World Superstore sells wholesale items in quantities starting as low as 1 piece.  Wholesale suppliers typically sell in larger packs of multiple pieces or more which makes it feasible to deal with a potential return or exchange.  We provide our massive catalog in as low as 1 piece per style so that our customers can stock their shelves and stores with a lot of different styles, even with a small budget by ordering 1 piece per style if they so choose.  We strive to ensure that all of our cat and dog pet supply products are of the very best quality for the prices that are displayed and we will not provide sub-par quality products. 

It is very important for us to offer maximum choice to our customer and at the very best prices at premium service levels.  Most of our customers are small individual and or online businesses which is why we provide the ability to order our products in single lots.  We allow for even small businesses to stock a large variety of styles at minimal cost and then re-order those styles that sell the best for them.  It greatly limits the risk of having dead money stuck in dead inventory at your business.

NOTE:  For manufacturer defective item(s), you have 2 days from the day of delivery to notify us of any defective item(s).

  1. You must provide images of the defected item(s) to verify any issues.
  2. Store credit will be issued to use on your next order.  This is due to the cost of shipping 1 or 2 items.
  3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for refused and "Return to Sender" orders.  


You may cancel your order only if your order has not shipped as of yet.  Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed as we no longer have the package. will make every attempt to facilitate a cancellation request, however, once your order is shipped, no order cancellation is possible. 

"Refused" or "Incorrect Addresses"

 All refused and / or incorrect address packages are subject to the following:

  1. Shipping charges are NOT refundable 
  2. A restocking fee of 30% shall be applied to the order.

NOTE:  If a package is returned for address deficiencies, shipping charges will have to be charged again.
